Rev. Terry L. Corder has been Pastor of Mt. Pisgah Baptist Church since February of 2006. He has previously pastored churches in Rock Hill, SC and Skippers, Virginia. He is a graduate of Anderson College, Clemson University, and Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary.
One of Pastor Terry's passions is missions. He has led mission trips to Tennessee, West Virginia, New York City, and South Dakota. He has also been a part of three mission trips to Romania where he preached revival meetings.
Pastor Terry has been active in both Associational and Convention work. He has served as the Sunday Director for the Kershaw Baptist Association and has served on the South Carolina Baptist Convention Executive Board and as First Vice President and Registration Secretary for the SCBC. He is currently serving as Chairman of the By-Laws Committee foe the SCBC.
He has been married to his high school sweetheart, Debbie, for 25 years and they have two children: John and his wife Jenny live in Elgin, SC where he serves as the Youth & Childrens Pastor at Hillcrest Baptist Church. Mary Beth is married to Kyle Eubanks and they are expecting their first child.
When not busy with his ministry duties, Pastor Terry can often be found turkey hunting or fly fishing.
